Shaw healthcare is seeking a passionate and caring person to join Trenewydd Care Home in Brecon. The role offers 25 or 35 hour contracts with a night shift 21:30 to 07:30, and a pay rate of £13.67 per hour.

Trenewydd is a 35-bed home providing a safe, homely environment with gardens and shared spaces. The job involves person-centred care, assisting with bathing, dressing, documenting care, promoting dignity, and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care in line with an individual care plan.
• Assist with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluids/food intake, activities and incidents.
• Promote dignity, choice and inclusion.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues in day-to-day duties.
• Maintain a safe, happy, and caring environment.
