Shaw Healthcare is hiring a Support Worker at Llwyn Teg care home in Llanfyllin, Powys. This role offers 24, 30, or 42 hour contracts with pay at £13.67 per hour, focusing on person-centred care and promoting dignity and inclusion for residents with dementia care needs.

Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
• Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
