Qualifications

• Experience of working in the Care Sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and provide care for residents that meets individual needs.
• Understand the effect on care on residents and families.
• Assist residents in daily care needs while promoting independence where possible.
• Participate in activities and read care plans to promote continuity of care.
• Complete and record documentation such as meals, fluids, position changes, and topical creams.
• Report hazards and support health and safety policies.
