Responsibilities

• Understand and provide care for residents that meets individual needs.
• Understand the effect on care on residents and families.
• Assist residents in daily care needs while promoting independence.
• Read Care Plans to promote continuity of care.
• Complete and record documentation (food/fluid intake, turning, creams, notes).
• Attend meetings and report hazards or unsafe equipment.
