Job summary

Fresh Property Group Limited is seeking a Weekend Resident Advisor for Beckton House in the UK. The role is 18 hours per week on Saturdays and Sundays (9:00am–5:00pm) to help deliver an outstanding resident experience.

You will be the main weekend point of contact, promoting a welcoming community and coordinating receptions, bookings and enquiries. The ideal candidate is proactive, organised and capable of working independently to maintain a safe, friendly environment.

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and independently.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Our welcoming team at Beckton House are looking to appoint a Resident Advisor to join Fresh and help contribute to the delivery of an outstanding experience for our residents.

As Resident Advisor, you will work 18 hours per week on a weekend-only basis, covering Saturdays and Sundays from 9.00am to 5.00pm.

Beckton House is a newly mobilised and operational student accommodation scheme which welcomed its first residents in September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in shaping the resident experience from the early stages of the site's journey.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming, vibrant community for our residents. As the main point of contact during weekends, you'll be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the day-to-day resident experience.

Your responsibilities will include welcoming residents and visitors, managing parcel deliveries and collections, handling bookings and enquiries, conducting sales conversations and viewings for prospective residents, and supporting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the building.

You'll provide outstanding customer service both in person, over the phone and via email, helping residents with any questions or concerns and ensuring they feel supported throughout their stay. We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, solutions-focused and enjoys building positive relationships with others.

About you:

We're looking to speak with individuals who are approachable, enthusiastic and passionate about customer service. You'll be confident working alone, making decisions when needed and managing a varied workload. Strong organisational skills are essential, as you'll be responsible for parcel management, resident enquiries, bookings and viewings, while ensuring the reception area remains welcoming and professional at all times.
