Meadow Court is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the team. You will work Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, taking responsibility for routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure a safe, well-maintained living environment for residents.

You will handle statutory compliance, waste management, and be the go-to person for maintenance, bringing hands-on skills and a positive, proactive approach to daily challenges.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience across building systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Reliable, collaborative and capable of managing everyday maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out minor reactive repairs and planned maintenance to ensure smooth building operations.
• Ensure statutory compliance for the building and manage large external waste bins.
• Keep the building welcoming and safe for residents, handling routine fixes and unexpected issues.

Meadow Courtare looking to appoint a Maintenance Technician to work Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

About the role:

Are you a problem solver with a knack for fixing things? Do you thrive working in a role where you are accountable for ensuring the smooth works on minor reactive repairs and carrying out planned maintenance? If so, Fresh have just the role for you!

As Maintenance Technician you be responsible for the statutory compliance for your building, as well as managing the large commercial waste bins which are stored outside the building.

You will be the go‑to expert on all thing’s maintenance, whether its handling routine fixes, tackling unexpected issues but most importantly you’ll be accountable for making the building a welcoming, safe place for our residents to live!

About you

We’re looking for a hands‑on individual with the ability for fixing, maintaining and improving the building, you will bring a blend of technical expertise as well a strong work ethic, coupled with an upbeat attitude when things get challenging. You’ll need to display a solid background in maintenance, as well as being resourceful and a problem solver for everyday issues.
