Job summary

Fresh Property Group Limited is seeking a Maintenance Technician for No.27 College Road, a 120-bed property, to work 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday. You will perform reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and help keep the building safe and welcoming for residents.

You will diagnose faults, coordinate with the team, manage waste bins, and support the wider operations. This hands-on role rewards reliability, problem-solving, and a proactive attitude in a live resident environment.

Join our team at No.27 College Road as a Maintenance Technician!

No. 27 College Road a 120 bed property are looking to appoint a Maintenance Technician to work 37.5 hours per week across Monday - Friday.

About the role:

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys fixing things and keeping everything running smoothly? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our building safe, functional and welcoming for residents.

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out minor reactive repairs and planned maintenance
• Ensuring statutory compliance across the building
• Managing commercial waste bins located outside the property
• Handling day-to-day maintenance issues and unexpected repairs
• Helping to create a safe, well-maintained and welcoming environment for residents

About you

We’re looking for someone who is practical, reliable, and takes pride in their work.

You’ll ideally have:
