Job summary

Fresh Property Group Limited is seeking a part-time Resident Advisor for Botanic Studios in Belfast. The role is 20 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9am-1pm (flexible), to help create a welcoming, safe and engaged resident community.

You will organise social events, manage communications via social media and traditional methods, and assist the wider team with reception duties and accurate rental payments to ensure smooth building operations. Excellent customer service is essential.

Job description

Our welcoming resident’s team at Botanic Studios are looking to appoint a Resident Advisor to join Fresh on a part time basis to join us from the 29th of September and help contribute to the delivery of an outstanding place for our residents to live.

As Resident Advisor, you will work 20 hoursin a collaborative team between the Mon-Fri, 9am-1pm - this can be felxible.

We’re looking to speak with individuals who are passionate about creating a welcoming and vibrant community, ensuring our residents feel safe, supported and engaged. You’ll help create a positive living environment by organising social events, managing communication through social media platforms, and utilising traditional communication methods. You will also support the wider team with administrative duties such as welcoming residents at reception and taking accurate rental payments to ensure the efficient running of the building.

In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service via email and phone and be the first point of contact for residents within the building. As Resident Advisor, we are looking for someone who is solutions oriented, enthusiastic and ready to make an impact.

If you enjoy liaising with colleagues on site and across the wider business, as well as the residents, this could be just the opportunity for you.

About you:

We’re looking to speak with individuals who are approachable, passionate and want to help build the sense of the community within the building. You must be able to listen to the residents and be highly organised with your daily tasks. Your excellent time management skills will balance your strong administrative skills, but most importantly, you will help create a safe and welcoming space where residents feel comfortable.
