Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking an Activities Coordinator to plan and run engaging activities for residents in our Eye care home. You will use arts, theatre, music, hospitality and event hosting experience to design programmes that enhance wellbeing, social interaction and a joyful daily life for residents.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and creativity applied to activity planning.
• Excellent communication with residents, families and staff.
• Experience with theatre, art, music, hospitality or events is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Create and run daily activities and programmes for residents.
• Lead group activities and coordinate volunteers.
• Collaborate with Home Manager to promote wellbeing and socialisation.
