Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking an Activities Coordinator for our Diss care home. You will design and deliver a wide range of daily activities to enhance residents' wellbeing, social engagement and happiness.

Ideal candidates bring experience in arts, theatre, music, hospitality or event management, a caring nature, and the ability to work with residents and families. Reporting to the Home Manager/ Regional Hospitality & Lifestyle Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan and manage activities.
• Excellent communication with residents, families and staff.
• Knowledge of theatre, art, music, hospitality and event hosting.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a diverse daily activities programme for residents.
• Engage and support residents to promote wellbeing, socialisation and harmony in the home.
