Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare in Bournemouth is seeking an Activities Coordinator to ensure residents enjoy a stimulating and happy lifestyle. You will design and run a wide range of daily activities using arts, theatre, music, hospitality and events to promote wellbeing and socialisation.

If you have experience as a Lifestyle Coordinator or similar in care, community, or hospitality, join our family and help put residents at the heart of the home.

Qualifications

• Experience in arts, theatre, music, hospitality or event hosting is advantageous.
• A formal qualification in leisure, lifestyle, hospitality or event management is advantageous.
• Ability to empathise with elderly residents.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a variety of daily activities and programmes for residents.
• Encourage wellbeing, socialisation and harmony throughout the care home.
• Lead group activities and coordinate volunteers.
