Oakland Care is seeking a Lifestyles Assistant in Tonbridge to plan and deliver a lively activity programme for residents. You will organise events, excursions, and social gatherings, helping residents explore hobbies and build confidence in social settings.

Ideal candidates enjoy music, crafts, and one-to-one support, bringing warmth, creativity, and kindness to every interaction while working with the Lifestyles Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting vulnerable individuals is preferred.
• Ability to plan and deliver activities with energy and creativity.
• Capable of leading group sessions and one-on-one support.
