Qualifications
- Experience supporting vulnerable individuals in activity-based settings.
- Ability to design or deliver engaging activity programmes.
- A love for music and creativity with confidence to run group and 1‑to‑1 sessions.
- Excellent organisational, planning and IT skills; basic photography abilities.
- Positive energy, compassion, and the ability to build strong relationships with residents.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver a vibrant activity programme for residents.
- Support Lifestyles Manager in organizing key events and outings.
- Encourage residents to participate, build confidence in social settings, and tailor activities to individual interests.
- Lead group and one-to-one sessions and develop new activity ideas.
- Set up for events, talks, and social gatherings.
