Job summary

Vita Group in Manchester is seeking a dynamic Residence Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of Vita Student residences. You will support management, frontline teams, maintenance and housekeeping to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for students and guests.

The role requires experience in customer service and a hands-on leadership approach, with a focus on coaching, operations, and delivering first-class service across early mornings to evenings.

Qualifications

• Experienced customer service professional with a track record of supporting and mentoring teams.
• Hands-on leadership with ability to coach and motivate staff across shifts.
• Comfortable using technology systems and software to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members during shifts and provide feedback to management.
• Coach and mentor staff to exceed goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Deliver first-class service and ensure brand standards are met at all times.
• Train new team members on company standards, customer service and operational duties.
• Build strong relationships with customers and guests to foster Vita Student community.
• Audit operations and propose improvements to management.
• Collaborate with management to set and evaluate goals and operational plans.
