EF Education First Ltd. invites applications for a Residence Assistant Lead at our EF Language residence in Oxford. This is an on-site, live-in role with full-time hours, starting January 2027.

You will oversee student welfare, manage check-ins/outs, and coordinate on-campus activities to create a welcoming international community. Working with the Residence Team Lead, you will ensure safeguarding, provide emergency support, and lead tours and events.

Competenze

• Must have strong English reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Able to communicate clearly with students and staff.
• Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus.

Day shifts; hourly paid role, hours may vary, 5-6 days a week, working on weekends

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming students: Manage check-ins/outs to ensure all students feel at home during their stay.
• Room checks: Inspect and maintain quality standards for rooms and facilities used by students and staff.
• Emergency support: Be on-call to handle all issues as they arise with safeguarding and student welfare being always the first priority
• Events and Activities: Lead fun on-campus activities, act as a tour guide, and create unforgettable experiences for every student!
• Teamwork: Build strong relationships with staff and students through clear and positive communication.

• Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Full fluency in XXXX (reading, writing, speaking)
• All additional languages are a plus!
• Someone who is approachable, friendly, and handles challenges with positivity!
• Innovative and detail-oriented with a 'can-do' attitude
• Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus!
