Job summary

Bracknell Forest Council is seeking a dedicated professional to help families arriving under Government Migration Schemes rebuild their lives and become part of their new community. Based at the Bracknell Hotel, the role requires in-person work five days a week as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

This full-time fixed-term contract runs until 31 August 2027, offering the opportunity to work with professional and community networks to provide immediate resettlement support and tailored advice.
