Harrow Council is seeking a Community Support Officer (Resettlement) to support refugee families arriving under ARAP/ACRS/ARP. You will manage cases, coordinate with housing, health and education services, and help families settle and integrate into the community.

The role involves building personalised support plans, engaging with partners, and providing compassionate, resilient support to vulnerable households to enable long-term independence.

Competenze

• Experience supporting vulnerable individuals or families in a customer-focused environment.
• Proven end-to-end case management experience with tailored support plans.
• Knowledge of housing, welfare benefits, immigration or resettlement services.
• Experience working with statutory, voluntary and community partners.

• Provide end-to-end case management for resettlement cases and tailored support plans.
