Job summary

West Suffolk Council is seeking an enthusiastic Resettlement Officer to join the Advice and Prevention team. You will work with vulnerable people to relieve homelessness and help them move to more suitable accommodation by supporting personalised housing plans and coordinating access to services.

We are looking for a self-motivated, creative team player who can develop strategies with customers in temporary accommodation or at risk of homelessness. Full details are in the job description.

Responsibilities
