Location: Henfield (hybrid working)
Salary: up to £43,000 depending on experience

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Supervisor to oversee the Southern Waters Reservoir Maintenance Team. This team is responsible for all aspects of cleaning, inspection, maintenance, and repairs of our service reservoirs both internally and externally. The role is vital to ensuring each reservoir is maintained within regulator-approved timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the Reservoir Maintenance Team to deliver scheduled cleaning, inspection, and maintenance tasks
Ensure all reservoir work complies with regulatory standards and safety requirements
Monitor and coordinate with external contractors during larger remedial and enabling works
Drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices through innovative planning and ideas
Manage workload programs to meet critical deadlines and maintain asset integrity

Strong leadership skills with experience supervising technical or maintenance teams
Knowledge or experience in reservoir or water infrastructure maintenance
Ability to manage multiple projects and contractors effectively
