Key Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on Engineering Supervisor
2. Managing a team of engineers
3. Overseeing service, PPMs, and breakdowns
4. Working in an industrial energy centre and district heating network
5. Electrical & Mechanical fault finding and repairs
6. Monday to Friday – Site Based
7. Experience with mechanical or electrical systems (Steam, Pumps, Combustion, CHP, Generators, Heat Network)
8. Computer literate, good communication skills, and commercially aware
9. Familiar with plant room & energy centre environments
10. Experience as a Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or Marine Engineer
11. Mechanical or Electrical qualifications or time served (NVQ, HNC, or equivalent)
