The Role

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at 100 Queen's Gate, Curio Collection by Hilton, in our luxury hotel located in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining hotel facilities to optimal operating condition through preventive maintenance and repairs on plant and machinery (including heating, cooling, air conditioning, and refrigeration).
• Performing maintenance requests such as plumbing, electrical, joinery, painting, tiling, and other maintenance tasks.
• Collaborating with Front Office and Housekeeping teams to ensure the hotel remains in excellent repair.
• Supporting the maintenance manager in shift operations.

We seek a candidate with previous experience in a similar role, who is a strong team player and leader, attentive to detail, and committed to craftsmanship. You should have a positive attitude, be flexible in responding to guest requests, and possess good command of English.

• Previous experience in a high-end culinary setting is preferred.
