Job summary

Novotel Liverpool City Centre, part of AccorHotels, is seeking a proactive Reservations Associate to handle individual and group bookings by phone, portals, extranet and email. You will drive room sales in line with our brand and hotel policies, while delivering a warm welcome and exceptional guest service.

You will support front desk operations during check-in, ensure accurate reservation details are communicated to relevant staff, and collaborate with other hotel departments to fulfil guest

In this dynamic role, you will manage individual/group reservations received via phone, portals, extranet and email, ensuring a seamless and efficient booking process. Your efforts will drive and optimize room sales in line with our brand and hotel policies, all while providing guests with a warm welcome and exceptional assistance. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth check-in operations for the front desk by accurately entering reservation details and communicating crucial information to relevant staff members. Additionally, you'll confirm reservations with meticulous attention to detail and collaborate effectively with other hotel departments.
