Novotel Liverpool City Centre is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Team Leader to oversee operations, train staff, and manage budgets in a bustling hotel setting. You will ensure high service standards and efficient front-of-house and bar activities in line with brand guidelines.

The role demands at least 3 years in hospitality, strong leadership and problem-solving, and hands-on menu design and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.
• In-depth knowledge of the food industry.
• Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software.
• Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
