Red Hotels (Bedruthan & Scarlet) in Mawgan Porth is seeking a Reservation Specialist to join our Central Reservations team. The full-time, on-site role involves handling guest enquiries, recommending experiences, and upselling hotel products to help achieve revenue targets.
You will respond by phone and email, ensure accurate bookings, and provide a welcoming, professional service from first contact to confirmation. Weekend availability is required, with 8.5-hour shifts across 8am–6:30pm.

As a Reservationist, you’ll be part of our friendly Central Reservations team, helping guests plan their stays at Scarlet and Bedruthan. Based in beautiful Mawgan Porth, you’ll be one of the first people our guests speak to — making every conversation feel welcoming, personal and helpful.
You’ll take the time to understand what each guest is looking for, share your knowledge of our hotels and confidently recommend the experiences, treatments and services that will make their stay extra special. You’ll also have the opportunity to earn an additional 10% sales bonus, paid quarterly, alongside a monthly share of tips.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours across 5 days per week. Our reservations team works Monday to Sunday, with 8.5-hour shifts between 8am and 6.30pm, so weekend availability is important. We’re also happy to hear from you if part-time hours would suit you better.
Please note, this role is based on site in Mawgan Porth and we are unable to offer remote working.
