Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group seeks an Assistant Accommodation Manager to lead guest room operations and housekeeping groups, ensuring service excellence across our Belfast properties.

You will monitor quality, help assign rooms, uphold health and safety and SOPs, and partner with the maintenance team to sustain high hotel standards. Dalata Academy offers growth opportunities within a supportive corporate culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an Accommodation Department at supervisory level.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Willingness to assist in other departments when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring the quality of work in guest accommodations.
• Assist in room assignments for accommodation and housekeeping staff.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and SOPs by supporting regular checks.
• Oversee cleanliness of all public areas including conference suite and leisure facilities.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to maintain high hotel standards.

Your Job

• Support monitoring the quality of work in guest accommodations.
• Assist in room assignments for accommodation and housekeeping staff.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety (H&S) and standard operating procedures by assisting with regular checks.
• Aid in overseeing the cleanliness of all public areas in the hotel, including the conference suite and leisure facilities, to uphold guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance department to ensure consistently high hotel standards are maintained.

What You Will Need

• At least 2 years of experience in an Accommodation Department at a supervisory level.
• Excellent organizational skills.

• Flexibility to assist in other departments when needed.
