Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Reservations Coordinator for an on-site role in the Liverpool area. You will manage accommodation, spa, and F&B reservations with a guest-centric approach to maximise occupancy and revenue.

Collaborating with sales, marketing, and front office, you will ensure VIP requests and group bookings are handled smoothly while maintaining brand standards and accuracy in all reservation systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in reservations or reception within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach to handling bookings, guest queries, and VIP requests.
• Proficiency in reservations systems (ideally Accor / Opera or similar).
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, able to balance high call volumes with guest requests.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day management of accommodation, spa, and F&B reservations.
• Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and brand standards, while helping to optimise occupancy and guest experience.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and front office teams to coordinate promotional offers, group bookings, and VIP requests.
• Develop confidence and proficiency in using all reservation systems for enquiries, bookings, amendments, cancellations and special requests.
• Engage with guests over the phone, via email, and through other channels, delivering friendly, professional service.
