Job summary

RBH is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to join our hotel team in the Liverpool area. You will manage day-to-day bookings for accommodation, spa and dining, while ensuring accuracy, brand standards and a high level of guest satisfaction.

You will work with sales, marketing and front office colleagues to coordinate offers, group bookings and VIP requests, using Opera/Accor systems to respond to enquiries, amendments and cancellations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in reservations or reception within hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach to handling bookings and VIP requests.
• Proficiency in reservations systems (ideally Accor/Opera or similar).
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, able to balance high call volumes with guest requests.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day reservations for accommodation, spa, and food & beverage services.
• Maintain accuracy and brand standards while helping to optimise occupancy and guest experience.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and front office teams to coordinate promotional offers, group bookings and VIP requests.
• Develop confidence in using reservation systems to handle enquiries, bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special requests.
• Engage with guests via phone, email and other channels, delivering friendly, professional service at all times.
