Job summary

Holiday Inn Peterborough, operated by Valor Hospitality Europe Limited, is seeking a friendly Reservations and Events Agent to join our team. You will handle reservations, answer enquiries, and upsell to maximise occupancy and revenue across a 40-hour, 5-day week.

You’ll coordinate with reception on occupancy, no-shows, VIPs and events, ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction. We offer apprenticeships, staff discounts, and career growth opportunities within Valor’s network.
