You'll handle reservations, private dining and group bookings across our London restaurants, ensuring warm, professional service from first enquiry to final arrangements.

This role blends guest relations, event planning and sales, requiring strong organisation, an eagerness to convert enquiries into bookings and to collaborate with restaurant teams to deliver

Qualifikationen

• Experience in reservations, private dining, events or guest-facing hospitality.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a confident telephone manner.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage several enquiries and deadlines.
• Sales-driven with ability to follow up and secure bookings.

Aufgaben

• Manage reservations, private dining and group enquiries by phone and email.
• Own event enquiries from first contact to final arrangements.
• Follow up enquiries to convert opportunities into bookings and meet targets.
• Build relationships with guests and recommend spaces and experiences.
• Prepare proposals, menus, confirmations and function sheets with accuracy.
• Collaborate with management, kitchen and front-of-house to ensure smooth events.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and event details.
• Support team with sales initiatives and guest experiences.
