Café Murano in London is seeking a friendly, organised Reservations & Events Coordinator to join the central reservations and events team. Based in Covent Garden, you will handle reservations, private dining and group bookings, delivering warm, professional service across multiple outlets.

You will own enquiries from first contact to final arrangements, build guest relationships, and help the team hit sales targets through proactive follow-up and accurate proposals.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in restaurant reservations, private dining or events.
• Excellent written and spoken English with confident phone manner.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines.
• Sales-minded approach with ability to follow up on leads and secure bookings.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new booking systems.

Aufgaben

• Manage reservations, private dining and group enquiries by phone and email with warm, professional service.
• Take ownership of event enquiries from initial contact to final arrangements.
• Proactively follow up on enquiries to convert opportunities into bookings and support sales targets.
• Build relationships with guests, understand requirements and recommend spaces and experiences.
• Prepare event proposals, menus, confirmations and function sheets with accuracy.
• Collaborate with restaurant management, kitchen and front-of-house to ensure events run smoothly.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information.
• Support the wider team with sales initiatives and day-to-day reservations office operations.
