Job description

Aim of the role:

To maximize the revenue and profitability of Room Sales and Food and Beverage Bookings for 11 Cadogan Gardens and The Chelsea Townhouse by maintaining high standards and product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  1. Be confident in having full product knowledge of 11 Cadogan Gardens to confidently promote all properties.
  2. Recognize which hotel the guest is booking for and upsell both properties to secure the sale.
  3. Take ownership of all reservations at 11 Cadogan Gardens, including rooms, food and beverage, spa, and special events.
  4. Be knowledgeable about all systems related to rooms, F&B, and special events at 11 Cadogan Gardens.
  5. Show teamwork and flexibility by liaising with the team at 11 Cadogan Gardens for guest requests and daily correspondence.
  6. Respond to all enquiries on the same day they are received.
  7. Ensure brochure enquiries are responded to within 24 hours with passion and confidence.
  8. Have thorough knowledge of all hotel computer systems to ensure records and bookings are accurate.
  9. Store and file all records appropriately, whether digital or paper.
  10. Take pride and ownership in reservations and enquiries, ensuring timely responses.
  11. Understand and adhere to the standards set out in the Mystery Guest Report.
  12. Maximize room revenue through up-selling at all times.
  13. Know the hotel's budgets and targets to optimize upselling efforts.
  14. Be fully familiar with the hotel and its facilities to describe and sell them effectively to guests.
