Job summary

Travel Trade Recruitment is seeking an experienced Bookings Administrator in the Birmingham area. You will quality check reservations and manage queues on GDS Amadeus and Galileo, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

The role supports the reservation team with multi-functional admin duties and is based in our Birmingham, Peterborough or London offices, with hybrid options possible. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Amadeus, Travelport, Vibe and Dolphin, and a keen eye

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of travel systems (Amadeus, Travelport, Vibe or Dolphin).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Organised with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Quality assure bookings made through the call centre.
• Produce and dispatch invoices, cancellation invoices, ensuring production timescales are met.
• Dispatch travel documentation with high accuracy.
• Assist with general administration tasks (post, reception duties).
• Rebook flights, hotels and transfers when required.
• Administer web bookings accurately.
• Handle relocations and secure suitable alternatives.
• Communicate flight changes and supplier amendments to agents.
