Travel Trade Recruitment is seeking an experienced Bookings Administrator to quality check reservations and manage queues on GDS Amadeus and Galileo. Based in the Birmingham area, you’ll join a busy reservations team with a focus on accuracy and speed. Hybrid options available and salary circa £26k–£30k depending on experience.

Role involves invoicing, documentation, rebooking, and customer service across multiple channels. Strong knowledge of Amadeus, Travelport, Vibe and Dolphin is essential.

Formación

• Strong working knowledge of travel systems, including Amadeus, Travelport, Vibe and Dolphin.

Responsabilidades

• Quality assure bookings made through the call centre.
• Produce and dispatch invoices and cancellation invoices on time.
• Dispatch travel documentation with high accuracy.
• Assist with administration duties including post distribution and reception duties.
• Rebook flights, hotels and transfers as required.
• Ensure web bookings are administered correctly.
• Manage relocations to meet customer requirements.
• Communicate flight changes and supplier amendments to agents.
• Make changes to bookings via manage my booking portal or by phone.
• Manage scheduling changes and ticketing deadlines.
• Handle teamwork desks and provide professional service to agents and customers.
