Job summary

Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Reservations Agent on a temporary basis, reporting to the Reservation Manager and focused on delivering memorable guest experiences.

You will handle room bookings, enter accurate information in the PMS, respond to enquiries across channels within set time limits, and strive to maximise revenue through up-selling and cross-selling.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Hospitality related qualification desirable.
• Customer focused.
• Proficient IT user.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for booking rooms, handling inquiries professionally and in line with company standards.
• Ensure accurate information is entered into the PMS for bookings.
• Respond to and handle enquiries across all channels within the team’s time limits.
• Work towards maximising revenue through up-selling and cross-selling.

Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Reservations Agent with a passion for service excellence on a temporary basis. You will report to the Reservation Manager, working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the hotel.

The Reservations Agent Will

• Bet the main point of contact for booking rooms, dealing in a professional and efficient manner in line with Company standards
• Ensure accurate information is entered into our PMS for bookings
• Respond to and deal with enquiries through all channels within the specified time limits for the team
• Work towards maximising revenue through up-selling and cross-selling

To be successful in the role of Reservations Agent, we require:
