The role

We are seeking a dedicated graduate to join our Portsmouth office, supporting high-profile search mandates within the Health and Care sector. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Executive Search team with research for live mandates and market mapping
• Tracking progress and maintaining a talent database
• Providing reports to stakeholders
• Engaging proactively with prospective candidates using head-hunting techniques
• Managing candidate engagement and relationships post-screening
• Assisting with shortlisting and candidate profiling
• Expanding market knowledge through events and literature
