The role

• Supporting the Executive Search team with research for live mandates and market mapping
• Tracking progress and maintaining a database and talent pool
• Providing progress reports to stakeholders
• Engaging proactively with prospective candidates through headhunting techniques
• Candidate engagement and relationship management
• Producing candidate shortlists and profiles
• Expanding market knowledge through events and literature
