The role

Due to the success and growth of our division, we are seeking a tenacious and methodical graduate to join our Portsmouth office. You will provide market insights and support high-profile search mandates within the Health and Care sector.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Executive Search team with research for live mandates and market-mapping projects
• Tracking progress and maintaining data to create a comprehensive database and talent pool
• Presenting progress reports to stakeholders in both qualitative and quantitative formats
• Proactively engaging with prospective candidates using head-hunting techniques
• Managing candidate engagement and relationships after initial screening
• Collaborating with partners to produce shortlists and candidate profiles
• Expanding market knowledge through events, literature, and team expertise
