The role

Due to the continual success and growth of the division, we are looking for a tenacious and methodical graduate to join our Portsmouth office, providing market insights and support to deliver on high-profile search mandates within the Health and Care sector.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the Executive Search team to provide research support for live retained mandates and other market-mapping projects
• Tracking progress and recording data with a view to creating an overarching database and talent pool
• Presenting progress/update reports to stakeholders in both qualitative and quantitative formats
• Engaging proactively with prospective candidates through head-hunting techniques
• Following initial candidate screening, leading all candidate engagement and relationship management
• Working with partners to produce shortlists and candidate profiles
• Proactively expanding market knowledge through events, market literature, and collaboration with experienced consultants
