We are seeking a Research Scientist (Biology) to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance model quality.

The ideal candidate will possess an expert understanding of biology. A completed or in-progress Masters or PhD is preferred, but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, and Environmental Science.

This is a flexible, remote position that can be full-time or part-time. You can choose your projects and work schedule. Compensation starts at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex biology problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance.

Qualifications:

• Masters and/or PhD in a relevant field or in progress is preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in biology, reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking.
