We are seeking a Biology Research Scientist to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to enhance each model's quality.

This role requires an expert understanding of biology; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, and Environmental Science.

Position Details:

• Remote, full-time or part-time position
• Flexibility to choose projects and work on your schedule
• Compensation starting at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work

Responsibilities:

• Provide AI chatbots with complex and diverse biology problems and evaluate their responses
• Assess the correctness and performance of AI model outputs

Qualifications:

• Masters and/or PhD in biology or related fields preferred but not required
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
• Detail-oriented with strong biology knowledge
• Proficient in experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking
