The Cambridge Compiler Lab seeks an experienced Programme Manager to design, implement and oversee our research programme in collaboration with the head of the research group and the team. The role will ensure clear objectives, ambitious timelines and measurable impact across communities.

Qualifications

Educated to degree level or Level 6 vocational qualification.
Proven expertise in research administration with governance and monitoring systems.
Experience in financial oversight including budget preparation, expenditure tracking, and detailed reporting.
Strong project management skills to plan, monitor, and evaluate large-scale initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and oversee the Cambridge Compiler Lab research programme with the head of the research group and the team.
Track progress and maintain accountability for shared research goals and outcomes.
Facilitate research activity and productivity while ensuring compliance with policies.
Develop and manage operational systems, workshops and strategy sessions for engagement of academic stakeholders.
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes.
