Job summary

You'll drive end-to-end delivery, align with Marketing, Fundraising and Engagement objectives, and balance strategic thinking with operational excellence to achieve outcomes for supporters and the charity.

Responsibilities

• Support the drive for growth of CRUK audiences and supporters with end-to-end delivery plans.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver on audience, volume, value, and contribution targets.
• Build working relationships and ensure team-level objectives are understood.
• Set and uphold standards for proposition processes and team touchpoints.
• Develop resource allocation plans, briefs, and business cases with senior managers.
• Coordinate group activities and decisions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Adjust implementation plans and governance to meet outcomes.
• Establish governance to manage activities and escalate decisions appropriately.
• Champion the proposition's role in MFE’s portfolio within the charity.
