Job summary

The University of Cambridge's Department of Computer Science and Technology is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to design, implement, and oversee the Cambridge Compiler Lab's research programme. You will collaborate with the head of the research group and the wider team to set ambitious objectives, timelines, and measurable outputs.

You will establish workflows, governance, and stakeholder engagement across internal and external partners, ensuring progress, accountability and impact

Qualifications

Educated to degree level or Level 6 vocational qualification or equivalent.
Proven expertise in research administration with governance and monitoring systems.
Experience in financial oversight including budget preparation, expenditure tracking and reporting.
Strong project management skills with ability to plan, monitor and evaluate large-scale initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and oversee the Cambridge Compiler Lab research programme.
Establish workflows, governance and strategy sessions with stakeholders.
Track progress, maintain accountability and ensure impact against outputs.
