Job summary

Lakeside Healthcare is seeking a friendly Research Patient Services Advisor to support the Research Department. You will assist and direct patients to the right service and provide high-quality administrative support to the team.

The role is fixed-term for 12 months and applicants must demonstrate their right to work in the UK. Experience in GP surgery or research is desirable, with strong customer service and call centre skills.

Qualifications

• Three years in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience in busy multi-functional teams.
• Call centre experience or equivalent.
• Experience using System One (Clinical database).
• Experience in GP surgery or research department.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communication when receiving, assisting and directing patients to appropriate services.
• Provide general assistance to the practice team and maintain a positive image in person or by phone.
