Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Research Manager or Senior Research Manager to lead bespoke quantitative projects, with some qualitative work, from proposal through to presentation. You will work closely with well-known tech brands on high-impact B2B projects, focusing on thought leadership, brand, and ad testing studies, all ad hoc work.

Responsibilities include:

• Owning end-to-end delivery of research projects
• Leading proposal writing, questionnaire design, and fieldwork setup
• Working consultatively with clients to uncover meaningful insights
• Presenting findings clearly and confidently
• Collaborating with in-house operations (no scripting or data processing required)

Requirements:

• Solid experience in a market research agency (B2B experience is a plus). Agency and client-side experience are both acceptable. Relevant sector experience on the client side is also suitable.
• Comfortable leading client calls and crafting compelling narratives
• Proficient with tools like Excel and PowerPoint; interest in AI tools is a bonus
• Consultative mindset and strong storytelling skills
• Ability to work within a tight-knit team of 13 in a company of over 30 employees
