Job summary

The Study Support Service Officer at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust will support the delivery of services under the NIHR Research Delivery Network (RDN), coordinating across regional partners and ensuring data requirements are met to underpin funded research. They will work with SOPs and contribute to the successful operation of the Study Support Service.

The role involves managing and improving data systems for costing/attribution, supporting training, and driving continuous service

Qualifications

• Must be able to engage with multiple partners across the region
• Experience interpreting operational data and supporting data requirements

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Study Support Service following SOPs
• Coordinate communities and events across the region to enable study delivery
• Maintain systems for costing and attribution of studies to support regional organisations' data needs
• Deliver training, organise national communities of practice, and ensure compliance with Information Governance and Good Clinical Practice
