Job summary

The University of Oxford's Ian Ramsey Centre for Science and Religion seeks a Research Centre Coordinator to provide professional operational and project coordination during an exciting development phase. The role supports two major externally funded programmes and researchers worldwide.

You will oversee day-to-day operations including project planning, governance, conferences, communications, public engagement and financial administration to ensure outputs are delivered to high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex research, academic or programme-based activities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and track delivery against plans.
• Organise events and conferences with attention to deadlines and budgets.
• Provide reporting and financial administration support to researchers and teams.
• Maintain project plans and action logs, ensuring actions are completed on schedule.

• Coordinate day-to-day operational delivery of the Centre, including project planning and governance.
• Oversee conferences, workshops and public engagement activities.
• Provide reporting and financial administration support for research projects.
