Job summary

Laboratory for AI Security Research (LASR) is seeking a motivated Programme Administrator to join the core operations team in Oxford, split between the Tinsley Building and the Andrew Wiles Building.

You will coordinate research operations, events and day-to-day administrative workflows, provide executive support to Academic Directors, service committee meetings, oversee budgets, and lead end-to-end delivery of workshops and conferences, including DPhil student administration and admissions with

Qualifications

• Substantial administrative experience, ideally within higher education.
• Experience supporting complex operations or senior colleagues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research operations, events and daily administrative workflows.
• Provide executive support to Academic Directors and service committee meetings.
• Oversee project budgets and end-to-end delivery of workshops and conferences.
