Job summary

The University of Manchester invites applications for a Research Associate to join our team researching electrical and optical characterisation of defects in high aluminium content AlGaN, aiming to increase the efficiency of UVC light emitting diodes.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a Research Associate. The successful applicant will use advanced characterisation techniques to investigate defect behaviour and contribute to high-quality research outputs and international collaborations.
