Job summary

The Guinness Partnership in London is seeking a Resales & Staircasing Manager to oversee resales and staircasing transactions from our Euston Road office. The role includes leading the Resales & Staircasing team and delivering high-quality, customer-focused service with a hybrid office/remote setup.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in Home sales, housing legislation, conveyancing processes, and strong leadership and budgeting skills, with excellent communication and MS Office

Qualifications

• Significant experience in home resales transactions and understand housing legislation.
• Proven ability to manage diverse workloads and hit targets.
• Strong leadership, people and budget management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage resales and staircasing transactions and provide management packs for leasehold sales.
• Lead the Resales & Staircasing team and ensure high-quality service delivery to Guinness homeowners.
• Develop and monitor service delivery plans and drive positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with external partners to achieve targets and maintain accuracy.
